![]() True reproduction of the higher frequencies in the 3-18K region makes all the difference My own experience and that of just about every person that has heard the comparison between a CD and just about any of the higher resolution formats out there has been unanimous. First, the difference between 44.1K and 96K is the most noticeable, and although it gets less noticeable after that, there is much more happening than just what one "hears." I absolutely agree with the theory that we don't hear much past 16K.
