Pinnacle CEO Says Steinberg Acquisition Creates New Opportunities
J. Kim Fennell foresees cross-leveraging of audio and video technology

Pinnacle Systems president and CEO J. Kim Fennell said Friday that his company's acquisition of audio software company Steinberg makes sense because video and audio are naturally complementary. "Bottom line: You can't have great video if you don't have great audio," Fennell said during a press conference at the NAMM convention in which he and Steinberg CEO Manfred Reurup stressed the compatibility of their product lines and companies.
